VARIOHAZE 8902 is a high efficient, solvent-based cleaning gel with strong alkaline reaction and a flash point of 74°C. The brownish coloured gel contains caustic soda, readily biodegradable solvents and special wetting agents. The viscosity guarantees an overall uniform mesh coating with excellent wettability.
VARIOHAZE 8902 is exceedingly suitable for the very rapid removing of typical ghost images, like stencil and stubborn ink stains from polyester-, stainless steel and polyamide (nylon) fabric after stencil decoating. Slight diazo stains will be also removed. The content of alkaline causes perfect mesh regeneration and prevents particularly deterioration of printing quality and stencil adhesion problems.
The alkaline gel is corrosive and for industrial use only. Do not use it together with oxidants and chlorinated materials.
VARIOHAZE 8902 contains no aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, or toxic organic substances that are classified in the legislation
for hazardous substances and list of maximum workplace concentrations as damaging to embryos
or genetic substance.
