VARIOPREP 3031 is a water-soluble degreasing concentrate, formulated for manual application and use in automatic reclaiming equipment for degreasing and surface wetting of all types of mesh.
It is recommend for use before each application of direct emulsions, direct/indirect, capillary and indirect films, where a roughened mesh surface is not required.
VARIOPREP 3031 helps to prevent pinholes by removing dust particles and imparting anti-static properties to the mesh. It greatly assists the flow and adhesion characteristics of direct emulsions.

VARIOHAZE 8902 is a high efficient, solvent-based cleaning gel with strong alkaline reaction and a flash point of 74°C. The brownish coloured gel contains caustic soda, readily biodegradable solvents and special wetting agents. The viscosity guarantees an overall uniform mesh coating with excellent wettability.
