Dip tank is designed for screen printing stencils. It is used in two different ways. The first application method: dip tank is filled with clean water, for quick and thoroughly washed stencil. The result is a sharper and more gentle washout while reduced water consumption. The second application method: dip tank is filled with reclaiming solution. Remove residual ink from the stencil before entering the dip tank for decoating.Then finish the stencil with high pressure water in the washout box. The result is faster and efficient decoating process, water and chemicals saving.
