Wilflex Revive Bio 1USG
Wilflex™ Revive™ Bio Plastisol™ inks have a super-soft hand feel and excellent wash durability. The inks are created with bio derived materials to promote the preservation of natural resources and help printers achieve their sustainability goals. Products in the Wilflex Revive range perform in the same way as a standard plastisol so no additional training is required. Wilflex Revive Bio Plastisol Inks maintain the on-press performance of standard plastisol inks, providing an intuitive printing experience with conventional screen printing equipment and processes.

Description
Color Chips: The color chips are simulations of Wilflex colors. Slight variations may be seen between these chips and actual Wilflex inks. Printed results may vary based on production methods such as ink film thickness, opacity, and substrate.
Created with at least 50% bio-derived content*, Wilflex™ Revive™ Bio Plastisol™ Inks offer an innovative way for screen printers to achieve their sustainability goals without compromising performance. Tested to ASTM D6866, these bio-based plastisol inks promote reducing screen printers’ reliance on fossil fuel-based inks. Wilflex Revive Bio Plastisol Inks maintain the on-press performance of standard plastisol inks, providing an intuitive printing experience with conventional screen printing equipment and processes.
Wilflex Revive Bio Plastisol Inks are compatible with Wilflex™ Epic™ PC Express Color Mixing System and Wilflex™ Epic™ Equalizer™ Mixing System and can be mixed to thousands of Pantone® shades using IMS 3.0, Avient Specialty Inks’ proprietary color formulation software
PRINTING TIPS
- The use of Wilflex Epic Armor Black/Gray or Epic UBG is highly recommended to help protect against bleedingStir inks before printing
- Preheat pallets to 150-160F/65-71C to assist with gelling
- Use consistent, high-tensioned screen mesh and sharp edged squeegees for best print results
- Easy screen clearance even on high mesh counts
- Use hard flood and low-medium squeegee pressure
